Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated emerging talent to participate in a 10-week immersive internship program from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. This program offers university students hands-on experience through project-based work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Throughout the program, Interns will have exposure to mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities.
The Finance intern will support Voyager Technologies at one of the following locations:
Denver, CO
Long Beach, CA
The Finance/Accounting Intern will support the team with a variety of financial and accounting activities, with opportunities to contribute to projects focused on reporting, analysis, forecasting, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
Additional responsibilities include:
Assist with financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting activities.
Support the preparation, organization, and analysis of financial data and reports.
Participate in assigned projects that support team and business objectives.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and streamline routine activities.
Participate in team meetings, reviews, training sessions, and other learning opportunities.
Support day-to-day activities within the team as needed.
Complete assigned deliverables accurately and within established timelines.
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners as appropriate.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university, preferably pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in finance, accounting, financial analysis, or related business functions.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to learn new processes, systems, and tools.
Ability to travel for in-person orientation and program kickoff, as well as for the final presentation at program completion.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous internship, coursework, academic project, or other relevant experience in finance, accounting, business, or data analysis.
Experience working with Excel or other tools used to organize, analyze, or present data.
Interest in process improvement, automation, reporting, or financial analysis.
Hourly Pay Range: $23.50-$30.00 per hour
*Hourly rate determined by academic year, college major, line of business, geography
