The Senior App Development and Integrations (Customisation) Services role leads the delivery of advanced,
customised ERP solutions within the Jeeves ERP platform as an integral part of our Solution Center.
The Senior Developer partners closely with business stakeholders, architects and technical leaders to
translate complex business needs into scalable, high-quality solutions that align with both Forterro’s and our
customers’ strategies. The Senior Developer extends and enhances Jeeves’ standard capabilities through the
design, development and implementation of high-value customisations including integrations, applications
and customer-specific modifications.
The Senior Developer serves as Lead Developer in implementation and upgrade projects, providing technical
direction and guidance, ensuring quality throughout the project and maintaining alignment with best
practices, customer requirements and project timelines.
In addition, the Senior Developer contributes strategically to the Solution Center by shaping, designing and
evolving our portfolio of internal applications, frameworks and tools that expand the Jeeves ecosystem. As a
senior member of the team, the role also includes mentorship and knowledge sharing to support our
collaborative learning culture.
This role applies deep expertise in T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server and guides configuration, development
and testing practices. The Senior Professional is expected to influence technical direction, support innovation
initiatives and drive continuous improvement to help define future-focused standards across the platform.

Responsibilities
Lead the analysis of customer business processes and functional requirements, providing expert
guidance and solution recommendations.
Drive the translation of complex business needs into scalable technical architectures and
specifications aligned with our established frameworks and best practices.
Design, develop and oversee advanced customisations and integrations within the Jeeves ERP
platform.
Act as Lead Developer in upgrades, implementations and large-scale development initiatives.
Collaborate strategically with customers, architects, domain experts and cross-functional
development teams to ensure high-quality delivery outcomes.
Serve as a key stakeholder to the Jeeves PR&D department, contributing feedback, influencing
product evolution and ensuring alignment between customer needs and the core platform roadmap.
Provide technical leadership by promoting best practices, explaining architectural decisions and
mentoring both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain, refine and evolve internal conventions, methodologies and best practices ensuring they are
clearly communicated to support adoption across the organisation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Extensive experience in ERP customisation, application development and system integrations with
the ability to lead complex technical initiatives.
Relevant academic background in software development, information systems or a related field,
combined with proven hands-on professional experience.
Strong understanding of ERP modules, business processes and underlying technical frameworks with
the capability to shape scalable digital products.
Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and complex T-SQL development, including
performance optimisation and scalable data design.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, modern integration patterns and enterprise integration
architectures.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both
technical teams and customer decision-makers.
Ability to operate autonomously while also mentoring peers and contributing to a collaborative
engineering culture.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive and improvement-driven approach
to challenges.
Experience with C#, Python and emerging technologies such as AI is considered an advantage.
