In this role you will play a key leadership role within one of Prysmian’s fastest growing Business Units.
What You’ll Bring
Experience and Qualifications
You have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
You bring 5+ years of previous experience in accounting or controlling.
You have experience with SAP and coordinating capital budgets.
If you a CPA, CGMA, OR CMA professional certification, that’s a plus.
What You’ll Do
As the Claremont Fiber Senior Controller, you'll partner with leaders across operations, commercial, and supply chain teams to build a strong financial foundation and support business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the rapid expansion of Prysmian's Digital Solutions business in North America.
Analyze manufacturing costs and variances. You will provide insights and forecasts that help drive informed business decisions.
Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning. You will complete forecasts, budgets, and capital planning that include ROI analysis, expenditure tracking, and financial justification for investments.
Partner with plant leadership. You will partner with plant leadership to achieve productivity improvements, cost savings, and budget commitments.
Oversee inventory and product costing. You’ll ensure accurate inventory controls and maintain cost standards for all products.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. You’ll ensure all financial reporting is accurate through timely month-end close activities, audit support, and adherence to corporate accounting standards.
