Position: Lead (G-7) – 1st Shift
Openings: 1 Position
Required Certifications: Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) and Pallet Jack License
Lead and support raw production operations while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Operate production equipment including:
Masserators
Tumblers
Batching systems
Grinders
Belt grills
Ovens
Navigate and utilize the MES (Manufacturing Execution System).
Mix marinades and prepare products for processing and cooking.
Ensure proper product preparation through the cooking process.
Follow all GMP, SOP, and HACCP guidelines.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Job Safety Analysis: Available upon request.
Requirements
Must have minimum of 1 year of lead experience in a poultry processing or related industry (experience may be combined across employers if it totals at least 1 year).
Must have Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) certification.
Must hold a valid Pallet Jack License.
Must be able to operate and monitor multiple processing systems and equipment.
Must follow all GMP, SOP, and HACCP requirements.
Position is available only to team members currently working at this facility or complex.
Team members interested in transferring from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR Partner.
Rehire Criteria:
Former Tyson Team Members must be separated from the company for a minimum of 180 calendar days.
Also, if you have worked at Tyson 3 times or more you will not be eligible for rehire.
