Cover Teacher - Elementary

Job Description
Propósito del Puesto
Acompañar el aprendizaje, desarrollo y bienestar de los alumnos de primaria dando continuidad al trabajo académico y formativo del grupo durante un periodo temporal de cobertura por incapacidad por maternidad. Buscamos a una persona que pueda integrarse rápidamente a la dinámica del colegio, mantener la continuidad de los procesos del grupo y generar un ambiente de aprendizaje seguro, cercano y positivo.
Responsabilidades ISP
Funciones principales:
Dar continuidad a la planeación y al programa académico del grupo
Impartir clases y acompañar el aprendizaje de los alumnos
Gestionar el grupo, promoviendo una convivencia respetuosa y positiva
Dar seguimiento al avance académico de los alumnos
Mantener comunicación y coordinación con el equipo académico
Participar en las actividades y dinámicas propias de la comunidad escolar
Habilidades, Calificaciones y Experiencia
Formación Académica
Licenciatura en Educación, Pedagogía, Ciencias de la Educación o afín
Experiencia en enseñanza frente a grupo a nivel primaria
Capacidad de adaptarse rápido a una nueva dinámica de trabajo
Sensibilidad y compromiso con el desarrollo integral de los alumnos
Trabajo colaborativo y disposición para integrarse al equipo
Manejo de Ingles intermedio (deseable no excluyente)
