Customer Service Administrator

Role Overview
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for the overall cost estimate of time pieces, jewelry, and premium accessories at the Richemont Technical Center. These tasks include but are not limited to working closely with diagnosticians and providing a cost estimate for the repairs received at the RTC according to brand policies. This position will report directly to the Cost Estimate Center supervisor.
Responsibilities
Ensure brand policies are correctly followed when creating the cost estimates to ensure accurate pricing based on Maison guidelines.
Ensure that the factory cost estimate reflects the customer’s request and that an explanation is provided when a different service and/or spare parts are proposed that do not align with the customer request.
Qualifications
2+ years employment in a production based environment preferred
Previous SAP experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
