Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding project progress.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Syniti ADM for SAP.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable software components.
Ability to work with modern development frameworks and tools.
Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality.
Effective communication skills to collaborate within diverse teams.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Syniti ADM for SAP.
This position is based at our Pune office.
A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
