How you’ll make an impact in this role
Lead strategic marketing and brand messaging for the neurosurgery physician program to drive patient volume and strengthen network referrals.
Oversee patient access marketing across local urgent care, emergency, and provider promotion channels to streamline new patient scheduling journeys.
Partner directly with senior clinic directors and physician leadership to translate complex clinical priorities into high-impact marketing plans.
Analyze campaign data and digital metrics to continuously optimize marketing traction and present clear performance reports to executive leadership.
Education
What minimum requirements you’ll need
High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Seven years of professional software development experience, including two years of direct team leadership or management experience.
Enterprise-level configuration and programmatic development experience specifically within Salesforce Data Cloud.
