Founding clinical fellow - AI in medicine

This is a founding clinical fellow offer with a stipend of Rs 10,000 per month with an option to get 5,000 inr incentive depending upon the performance. Remote, part-time, built around your hospital hours.
I'm the founder of Recollia. We build AI for medical students, and I'm looking for doctors to build the clinical case simulator with us.
The simulator is the most exciting thing we're making, and there's nothing like it yet. A student gets an AI patient built from a real case, works it up from history to management, and gets graded on their reasoning, not just the final answer. The patient talks back, the case evolves with every decision, and the medicine inside it has to be right. The only people who can make it right are people who've actually stood at the bedside. That's you, and you'd be shaping it from the first case.
You'll own the whole process, not one slice of it.
The work
• Write the cases: real presentations, the twists, the red herrings, the way a patient actually answers a question
• Decide how each case unfolds: what the patient reveals and when, what a wrong investigation costs, what good reasoning looks like at every step
• Build the grading: rubrics for history, differentials, investigations and management that a senior would sign off on
• Check the AI's medicine: every generated case and tutor answer, held to what you'd accept on a ward round
• Break it on purpose: push the AI into wrong or unsafe territory, document what happened, and help us fix it
Your name stays on your work
Every case you write carries your name. You get the credit, inside the product and wherever the case travels. When a student learns from your case, they'll know who taught them.

Who this is for
Any doctor past internship. Post-MBBS, PG residents, junior consultants, any specialty.
What you need
• MBBS, internship completed, registered to practise
• Patients you've actually managed, and a memory for the ones that taught you something
• You can write a case a junior can follow and a senior can't fault
• You'll say "that's wrong" to an AI, and to me, without softening it
• You use AI tools day to day, or you're curious enough to start this week
• Reliable hours every week. We'll agree on how many
