Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and reliability are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve software issues promptly.
Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering, Generative AI.
Strong knowledge of system monitoring, incident response, and performance tuning.
Experience with automation tools and scripting to improve system reliability and efficiency.
Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and implement robust solutions.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platforms.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
