Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Facilities Cleaning Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our two office floors in Las Olas.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of office areas, including desks, windows, meeting rooms, kitchens, and break/snack stations
Empty & dispose of trash and recycling from all office bins.
Vacuum, mop, and dust office spaces, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment.
All supplies including vacuum and broom would be provided by the company.
Assist in cleaning after parties such as birthday, breakfast and lunch events (as needed)
Conduct light maintenance and report any facility issues to management.
Perform end-of-day vacuuming after 5:30pm.
Follow safety and cleaning protocols, maintaining equipment in good condition.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office cleaning, facilities maintenance, or janitorial services preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Ability to lift and move moderate weights (example lifting Trash Bags, Vacuum Cleaner, Boxes of Supplies (up to 50lbs) and perform physical cleaning duties.
