Senior Project Manager - Healthcare Marketing

The Role
Moxie Labs is a digital agency delivering high-impact websites and digital experiences clients worldwide. Our project managers sit at the center of client and delivery teams, guiding cross-functional teams of designers, developers, and marketers from concept through launch.
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This position will focus on our Health Tech, Pharma, and Biotech brands. This individual must have hands-on experience delivering pharmaceutical/biotech brand assets as well as a working command of the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR/PRC) review process. The ideal candidate can own a project end-to-end, keep clients and internal teams aligned, and bring calm, credible leadership to fast-moving, regulated work.
Please note this is not an entry-level or generalist PM role. Only candidates who clearly demonstrate several years of agency project management experience in pharma/biotech client delivery will be considered. Applications that don't meet these criteria will not move forward.
This role reports to the Director of Project Management and works very closely with our Client Services team.
The Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of pharma/biotech website projects — discovery, UX/creative, MLR/PRC review, development, QA, and launch
Lead all client-facing project activity: scope, timeline, budget, risk, and communication
Manage MLR/PRC submission calendars and routing, track reviewer comments through each revision cycle, and flag approval risks before they become deadline problems
Bring hands-on expertise in FDA-regulated pharma marketing — submission tools (e.g., Veeva Vault PromoMats, Zinc Maps), reviewer mindset, and realistic review timing — and build that expertise into every project plan
Direct a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and marketers (on- and off-shore). Represent client interests and priorities to the internal team throughout planning and execution
Deliver project plans, status reports, and client-facing schedules; run daily stand-ups
Proactively identify and escalate project risks to assigned leadership
Contribute to Moxie Labs' evolving client services practices and tools
The Requirements
8+ years of project management experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech agency setting or similar client services environment. Experience managing pharmaceutical/biotech digital website projects is a plus.
Practical and proven knowledge of the agency, creative, and digital production process
Experience with project management tools (Monday.com, JIRA/Atlassian Suite, Smartsheet, or similar)
Superior communication skills, especially the ability to translate stakeholder input into prioritized, actionable plans
Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with cross-functional project teams
Familiarity with Waterfall & Scrum / Agile Project Management Methodologies preferred.
Project Management certification from PMI (CAPM/PMP) is a plus
