Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced US Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients across various non-IT industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment for US Non-IT positions.
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Google, and other platforms.
* Use Boolean search to identify qualified candidates.
* Screen candidates based on experience, skills, location, and compensation.
* Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
* Present qualified candidates to clients/hiring managers.
* Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
* Maintain candidate/client relationships and accurate ATS/CRM records.
* Assist with negotiations and offer processes.
* Meet recruitment targets and build strong talent pipelines.
* Stay updated on US hiring trends and talent markets.
Requirements
* 4+ years of US Non-IT recruitment experience.
* Strong sourcing and Boolean search skills.
* Experience with LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
* Good understanding of US time zones and recruitment practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Experience with ATS/CRM systems and MS Office.
* US staffing/client experience is needed.
