Barracuda Networks Inc. is looking for a talented Global HR Business Partner Director to support our Global Sales organization. The HRBP is responsible for aligning business goals and providing expert insight and leadership into organizational effectiveness, talent planning, talent management, engagement, and retention.
What you’ll be working on:
Partner directly with the Chief Revenue Officer and their leadership team on the implementation and development of corporate strategies related to human resources
Translate go-to-market strategy into people strategy
Advise leadership team on org design, leadership capability, and workforce planning initiatives
Consult with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues, attempting to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach
Lead client group through core HR processes and programs including but not limited to performance assessments, annual compensation planning, workforce planning, organizational change, etc.
Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions to people related challenges for business continuity
Proactively engage with clients in forward thinking and innovative projects to support their business goals
Work effectively cross-functionally with HR centers of excellence and other HR Business Partner counterparts across AMER, EMEA, and APAC regions
What you bring to the role:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent work experience. MBA or Master's degree a plus
12+ years of progressive experience in HR
Effective strategist and practitioner with a solid track record of successfully driving and implementing HR initiatives with functional leaders
Ability to navigate local employment practices, cultural differences, and matrixed HR delivery models
Demonstrated ability to influence, evaluate and manage conflicting priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment with senior level leaders
Flexible work style and approach based on client needs
Analytical and problem solving skills, ability to analyze data, understand trends, develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
Demonstrated ability to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Demonstrated good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
Able to build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
