Perfil: Preparatoria concluida o Lic. Trunca.
Experiencia: De 6 meses a 1 año como Subgerente (interno) y 1 como Subgerente (externo), 2 en atención a clientes / ventas como externo.
- Certificado (preferentemente en empeño y almacén)
- Conocimiento del negocio
- Análisis de información
- Planeación y seguimiento
- Negociación
- Toma de decisiones
-Enfoque al cliente
- Manejo de buenas relaciones
- Visión de negocio.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES:
Análisis de reportería y principales indicadores de negocio
Desarrollo e implementación de estrategias de negocio que aseguren la
rentabilidad del mismo
Capacitar y transmitir sus conocimientos a los integrantes de su equipo/ Apertura y cierre de Tienda.
Asegurar la ejecución de los procesos conforme a política y código de conducta de la empresa, enfocados al logro de resultados.
Salvaguardar el patrimonio de la empresa.
REQUISITOS:
-Postulación a través de liga en WorkDay
-Cargar Curriculum Vitae actualizado.
-Comprobante de último grado de estudios.
