Position Summary
The Solar Site Planning Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and resource optimization for utility-scale solar PV projects. This role bridges the gap between engineering design, procurement, and on-site construction execution, ensuring that commissioning targets are met safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Primavera P6/MS Project.
Track project baselines, critical path activities, and key milestones.
Integrate subcontractor schedules and monitor progress.
Construction Planning & Coordination
Coordinate AFC drawing release and layout finalization with engineering teams.
Plan and monitor site execution activities, including civil, electrical, and commissioning works.
Track land acquisition, ROW clearances, and transmission line readiness.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor project KPIs and prepare progress dashboards and reports.
Analyze schedule deviations and implement recovery plans.
Conduct regular progress review meetings with stakeholders.
Material & Resource Management
Align construction schedules with procurement and material delivery plans.
Monitor manpower, equipment, and resource mobilization to meet project milestones.

Serentica is committed to reversing climate change by decarbonizing energy-intensive industries such as Steel, Cement, Aluminium and Zinc. Industries consume more than 50% of the electricity generated in India. Serentica’ s medium-term goal is to supply over 40 billion units of clean energy annually and displace 37 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.
