We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement D365 CE Customer Engineer with a strong background in performance engineering troubleshooting and scalability testing In this role you will partner with enterprise customers to assess solution health analyze performance bottlenecks conduct benchmark and load testing and develop actionable remediation plans The successful candidate will combine expertise in D365 CE Dataverse and Power Platform with strong analytical and communication skills to help customers optimize performance and confidently scale their business critical applications
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE Dataverse and Power Platform performance engineering best practices
Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot customer issues provide education and mitigate technical blockers
Analyze platform telemetry diagnostic logs and performance data to identify bottlenecks root causes and optimization opportunities
Design and execute scalability load and benchmark testing to validate system performance against expected business workloads
Troubleshoot performance issues related to customizations plugins workflows Power Automate flows integrations security models and large data volumes
Identify risks to delivery success and proactively implement mitigation strategies
Create prioritized remediation and optimization plans based on technical findings and customer business objectives
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse including workload modeling automated test development load execution telemetry correlation root cause analysis and presentation of prioritized remediation recommendations.

Brings a track record of reviewing solution designs and calling out practical improvements to scalability performance and maintainability
Skilled at environment health assessments and making recommendations to improve stability
Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve performance issues in Dynamics 365 CE environments improving system responsiveness and reliability
Hands on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE including client side scripting TypeScript JavaScript server side logic Dataverse plugins in C and data integration tools
Comfortable managing solution lifecycle across environments including solution packaging pipeline based deployments version control and safe promotion from development to production
Minimum High School/ GED Diploma
Preferred Qualification
Effective communication skills to identify engage and interact with key stakeholders
Proficiency in delivering technical training
Consulting and customer facing role experience
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Deep technical acumen combined with a curiosity to continue learning Excitement for modern engineering tools and practices
