Role Description The IT Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Hapur, focused on supporting and improving technology operations. This role involves monitoring systems and applications, identifying issues, and performing troubleshooting to ensure reliable performance. The IT Analyst will provide technical support to users, resolve tickets, and escalate complex problems to appropriate teams when needed. Responsibilities include analyzing data and system logs to detect patterns, recommending improvements to IT processes, and assisting with implementation of new tools or upgrades. The role also requires clear documentation of incidents, solutions, and procedures, as well as effective communication with stakeholders to explain technical matters in accessible language.
