Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Cloud Administrator to support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and services. The ideal candidate will work closely with IT and cloud engineering teams to maintain reliable, secure, and efficient cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with the administration and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services.
Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and potential issues.
Support user accounts, permissions, access controls, and cloud resources.
Assist with the deployment and configuration of cloud-based applications and services.
Troubleshoot basic cloud infrastructure, connectivity, and system issues.
Monitor system logs, alerts, and performance metrics.
Assist with backups, recovery procedures, and routine maintenance activities.
Support security and compliance requirements within cloud environments.
Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures.
Collaborate with Cloud Engineers, System Administrators, DevOps teams, and IT support staff.
Assist with cloud migration, upgrades, and infrastructure improvement projects.
Follow established IT security, change management, and operational procedures.
Perform other cloud administration and IT-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in cloud administration, IT support, systems administration, or a related field.
Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and infrastructure.
Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, storage, and virtualization.
Familiarity with user and access management concepts.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud services.
Familiarity with Linux or Windows Server environments.
Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools.
Understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, TCP/IP, VPNs, and firewalls.
Cloud certification such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), or Google Cloud Digital Leader is a plus.
