Business & Client Insights (BCI) serves as a strategic partner to senior leadership, helping shape business priorities through analytics, business intelligence, strategic planning, and performance measurement. As the Senior Manager, Business & Client Insights, you will lead AFSG's analytics strategy and operating model, ensuring leaders have the business and client insights and recommendations needed to make informed business decisions that drive results.
In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of analytics initiatives that connect business priorities, performance metrics, client experience trends, and operational outcomes into a cohesive view of business health. You will partner closely with business and operations leaders to define analytics priorities, solve complex business questions, identify emerging risks and opportunities, and translate data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
You will lead and develop a high-performing team of managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. Success in this role requires balancing operational excellence with capability building, modernizing analytics practices, championing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring the team consistently delivers high-quality insights that create meaningful business value.

You are a proven leader with 10+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in business intelligence, analytics, strategy, or related disciplines. You have a demonstrated track record of building team capabilities, driving continuous improvement, and delivering reliable business outcomes.
You are a strong people leader who builds trust, drives engagement, and empowers high-performing teams by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and accountable culture that enables individuals to grow, contribute, and thrive.
You have set strategic direction, governed complex portfolios and translated business priorities into practical operating routines, measurable outcomes and sustained business value.

You anticipate business questions and translate them into analytical strategies, leveraging advanced analytics and AI to uncover opportunities, anticipate risks and influence critical business decisions.
You can guide technical resources from problem framing and method selection through delivery, adoption and value realization.
You bring technical fluency across modern analytics, data and reporting platforms, such as Databricks, SQL, Python and Power BI, to evaluate analytical approaches, guide solution-design decisions, challenge technical recommendations and partner effectively with business, data and technology partners.
You build high-performing, inclusive teams and develop talent through clear expectations, coaching, differentiated experiences, clarity and accountability.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $185,107-$314,682

Indianapolis Base Salary Range: $169,629-$288,369

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
