Business Operations Coordinator

Your Role:
As a member of the MilkShake Factory Business Operations team, as the Business Operations Coordinator, you'll be the driving force behind the seamless flow of ingredients, communication, forecasts, and the related information that powers our business operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and executing our Inventory related Supply Chain Strategy , ensuring that our milkshakes reach every corner of the globe with speed and efficiency.
Execute the three C’s of supply chain for MSF: Communication, Coordination, and Collaboration.
Serving as the primary liaison from the MSF franchisor team between three groups: Manufacturers, Distributors & Franchisees; fostering strong relationships and ensuring our 3 C’s of Supply Chain are always at the forefront.
Owning the relationships with our manufactures & distributors; collaborating to develop processes, maintaining management, and keeping communication fluid to foster strong partnerships and drive mutual success.
Creating and maintaining forecasts across our supply chain network, communicating demand and optimizing inventory levels to meet individual store location needs.
Using your problem-solving skills to quickly resolve inventory issues and complete root cause analyses. Developing corrective action plans and executing to mitigate future operational challenges, ensuring a smooth flow of operations.
Managing and tracking all material activities throughout the supply chain continuum, from inventory planning to delivery at the store location, you will lead to ensure that our supply chain runs like a well-spun milkshake.
Assisting in the design of new processes, routines, and approaches to continually improve our inventory operations & drive efficiencies.
Assisting in cost savings initiatives by evaluating prices and ensuring optimization across our supply network, helping us to maximize value and efficiency.

Strong mathematical, organizational and operational acumen.
Exceptional writing & communication skills.
Must have be a strong excel user & be comfortable with utilizing it along with other IT systems on a daily basis.
A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and driving results.
2+ years of experience in supply chain, franchise, or F&B environments, ideally supporting multi-unit operations.
