As we continue to grow across British Columbia, we’re looking for a confident, motivated Sales Consultant to serve homeowners in Nelson and the surrounding Kootenay region.

This is a commission-only sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential, but unlike many commission roles, you’re not expected to build your pipeline from scratch. We invest heavily in generating qualified homeowner appointments through our call center, digital marketing, events, direct mail, television, and other channels. You focus on what you do best: building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing business.

What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners throughout Nelson and surrounding communities for scheduled in-home consultations
Learn about each homeowner’s needs and recommend customized window and patio door solutions
Present products, pricing, financing, and warranty options
Guide homeowners through a consultative, relationship-focused sales process
Build trust, confidently handle objections, and close sales
Maintain customer information and follow-up activity in Salesforce
Generate referrals and develop self-generated business
Partner with our installation and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
What We’re Looking For
A track record of success in commission-based, outside sales, in-home sales, automotive sales, real estate, or another performance-driven environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence presenting and closing face-to-face
A competitive, self-motivated mindset
Strong personal accountability and follow-through
A willingness to learn, be coached, and continuously improve
Availability to meet homeowners during evenings and weekends
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
Comfort travelling between appointments throughout Nelson and the surrounding Kootenay communities
