Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in defining and executing Dee Eco Life’s vision, strategy, and growth plans. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, involving close collaboration with other founding members and stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing business plans, identifying market opportunities, and driving sales and marketing initiatives to expand the customer base. The Co-Founder will oversee key operational activities, coordinate with partners and suppliers, and ensure that products and services align with the company’s sustainability goals. The role also involves conducting market and customer research, managing budgets and resources, building and nurturing relationships with clients and collaborators, and representing the brand in public forums and networking events.
