About the Role
We are looking for a mid-level Industrial Real Estate professional with strong local market knowledge of the Gurugram–Manesar industrial and warehousing belt.
The ideal candidate should have strong on-ground understanding of industrial properties, leasing requirements, landlords, occupiers, brokers and transactions across key industrial and logistics locations in and around Gurugram.

The candidate should have good working knowledge and market relationships across:
* Udyog Vihar
* Pace City / Pace City-II
* IMT Manesar
* Manesar industrial areas
* Bilaspur and surrounding industrial belt
* Farukhnagar
* Pataudi
* Major warehousing and logistics clusters around Gurugram
* Other emerging industrial / warehousing locations in the NCR region
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and source suitable industrial, manufacturing and warehousing properties based on client requirements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, local brokers, occupiers and industrial stakeholders.
* Handle industrial and warehouse leasing transactions from requirement generation through closure.
* Understand local market rentals, availability, property specifications, infrastructure and upcoming supply.
* Conduct property visits, evaluate options and prepare suitable property shortlists.
* Generate new business through market networking, direct outreach and existing relationships.
* Coordinate negotiations between landlords and occupiers and support transactions through documentation and closure.
* Track market movements, new developments, vacancies, rentals and transaction activity across the assigned micro-markets.
* Develop a strong database of industrial and warehouse properties and their owners.
* Work closely with internal teams to understand client requirements and provide appropriate real-estate solutions.
What We’re Looking For
* 4–8 years of experience in industrial real estate, industrial leasing, warehousing, logistics real estate or a related field.
* Strong on-ground knowledge of Gurugram and Manesar’s industrial markets.
* Existing relationships with industrial property owners, brokers, developers and occupiers will be highly valuable.
* Good understanding of industrial and warehouse property specifications, rentals, locations and commercial terms.
* Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills.
* Ability to independently source opportunities and manage transactions.
* Willingness to travel extensively across Gurugram, Manesar and surrounding industrial/warehousing locations.
* A strong local network and a practical, hands-on approach to business development are preferred.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is well connected in the local industrial real-estate market, commercially driven and comfortable working on the ground.
Someone who knows where the properties are, who owns them, which brokers operate in each micro-market, what the prevailing market terms are, and how to get an industrial or warehousing transaction closed.
