What we’re looking for:

What we need from you:
You must have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
The ability to provide high quality meals in a fast-paced environment
Strong focus on food safety compliance
Exceptional customer service standards
Ability to engage with local community
Well-rounded experience within bar/pub industry
Flexible availability to work rostered shifts as our venue is open 7 days a week
What will your job duties include?
Assisting in planning menus, estimating food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies
Delivering high quality dishes that are in line with the business’ standard
Discussing food preparation issues with kitchen and waiting staff
Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and standards
Assist in training new staff and supervising them during service
Working professionally and effectively in a fast paced environment and communicating with kitchen team members
