About The Role:
As a Software Engineer Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience supporting real projects while building skills you can take with you throughout your career. You’ll work alongside experienced co-workers, learn how technology supports our business, and have opportunities to put what you’re learning into practice.
From working with data and testing solutions to writing code and improving processes, you’ll have the chance to solve problems, ask questions, and contribute meaningful work while learning along the way. We will have opportunities in Data Engineering and MLOps.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Building, testing, and improving technical solutions that help our teams work smarter and more efficiently.
Working with data by developing processes, validating information, and helping improve its quality and reliability.
Testing code, applications, and quantitative models to make sure they perform as expected.
Collaborating with Technology and Product Development teams to solve problems and support business needs.
Creating and maintaining clear documentation so processes, projects, and solutions are easy to understand.
Learning new tools, technologies, and approaches while building your skills through hands-on experience and professional development.
Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.
About You:
You’re a strong communicator who can share ideas clearly, whether you’re writing something out or talking it through with others.
You enjoy solving problems, digging into details, and using data to make thoughtful decisions.
You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with co-workers to find solutions.
You’re comfortable learning in a fast-paced environment and can adapt as priorities and projects change.
You’re interested in growing your technical skills, whether that’s through software development, data analysis, quantitative modeling, or similar tools and technologies.
