The Role: Senior Staff Software Engineer
We are seeking exceptionally talented, high-agency Software Engineers to join our core team in
Palo Alto. In this role, you will design, architect, and ship high-impact features that directly drive
revenue for our customers and transform how healthcare organizations operate.
We move fast, iterate aggressively, and value high-throughput execution. You will work
alongside seasoned founders in a tight-knit, high-urgency environment where your contributions
directly shape our technology stack and product roadmap, allowing us to outpace and edge out
the competition.
You will own critical subsystems from day one and play a defining role in our engineering
culture.
You will work with the latest cloud infrastructure, deep analytics tools, and AI-accelerated
development environments.
What You’ll Do
●​Build High-Throughput Data Pipelines: Architect and optimize robust parsers and
ingestion engines for complex healthcare data formats.
●​Develop AI & SQL-Driven Analytics: Build deep analytics engines that combine classical
database optimization with modern AI-assisted workflows to automate complex denial
resolutions and financial predictions.
●​Ship Full-Stack Solutions: Design, build, and maintain sleek, highly responsive UI
interfaces backed by robust, scalable microservices and APIs.
●​Drive Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and scale multi-cloud deployments leveraging both
GCP and AWS environments.
●​Leverage Modern AI Tooling: Maximize your development speed using modern
AI-assisted coding tools while maintaining rigorous standards for code quality, system
