Orchestrate Creative Excellence on a Global Scale

We are looking for an exceptional operational leader to become the heartbeat of a vibrant Social Creative team. In this pivotal role, you won’t just manage projects; you’ll orchestrate success, ensuring every social-first campaign moves seamlessly from concept to global launch. What You’ll Do
Serve as the operational lead for the Social Creative team, expertly managing workflows, timelines, priorities, and resources to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial intake through final delivery, fostering crucial alignment across creative, social, brand, media, PR, production, and external agency partners.
Develop and meticulously manage comprehensive project plans, milestone schedules, review processes, approval workflows, and delivery calendars.
Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and resource needs, addressing them swiftly and strategically to keep all work on track and within scope.
Provide critical support for production planning and execution across diverse initiatives, including large-scale campaigns, dynamic social content, engaging creator programs, and ongoing content efforts.
Champion continuous improvement by refining team processes, enhancing communication strategies, and implementing operational best practices that empower and elevate creative excellence.
What You Bring
Proven experience as a producer, project manager, or creative operations professional within fast-paced agency, studio, social, or content environments.
A strong, demonstrated understanding of creative development processes, production workflows, and the unique nuances of social content creation.
Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in dynamic settings.
A proactive and astute problem-solver who anticipates challenges and skillfully drives alignment and consensus across diverse teams and stakeholders.
An excellent communicator, adept at building trust and fostering strong, collaborative relationships with both creative talent and business stakeholders.
