QA Analyst

Role Overview:
We are looking for a QA Analyst to join our software engineering team. You will work on defect prevention and test execution, ensuring our products deliver the best experience to end users. The professional will work in a multicultural environment, making English communication essential.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute manual test cases.
- Identify, document, and track bugs or anomalies in management tools (such as Jira).
- Participate in alignment meetings (sprint planning, dailies) with the agile team.
- Collaborate with developers and Product Owners to understand system requirements.
- Assist with basic test automation under supervision.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Intermediate/Advanced English: Ability to read technical content and hold daily meetings in English.
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Familiarity with databases (SQL) and API consumption (Postman) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of at least one test automation tool (such as Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright) is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Soft Skills:

- Strong team player: collaborates effectively across cross-functional teams, communicates openly, and supports colleagues to achieve shared goals.
