An active Colorado RN license in good standing is required for this position.
What You'll Do
Oversee clinical assessments, care plans, and skilled nursing services
Ensure clients receive safe, personalized, and high-quality care
Partner with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
Hire, train, support, and supervise CNAs, PCAs, and other direct care staff
Provide clinical guidance and education to the care team
Help coordinate staffing and address changes in client needs
Maintain compliance with Colorado home care regulations
Support quality improvement and agency growth
Create a positive culture where employees feel supported and valued
What You'll Bring
Required
Active Colorado Registered Nurse license in good standing
Current CPR certification
Valid Colorado driver's license in good standing
Clinical nursing experience
Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
Ability to lead, coach, and support direct care employees
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Preferred
Three or more years of experience in senior care, home care, home health, or a related setting
Previous experience as a clinical supervisor, nurse manager, ADON, DON, or team lead
Experience with staffing or scheduling
Knowledge of home care regulations
Home Care Administrator certification
