Car Chaser Export is an automotive technology marketplace connecting Nigerian buyers with vehicles from Canadian dealers and sellers.
Through our platform, qualified buyers can discover vehicles, participate in competitive auctions, purchase vehicles from Canada, and coordinate export and shipping to Nigeria.
As we expand our presence in Nigeria, we are building a network of ambitious, well-connected sales professionals who can help us acquire buyers and grow transaction volume.
The Opportunity
We are looking for Commission Sales Representatives to identify, onboard and support qualified vehicle buyers in Nigeria.
This is a 100% commission-based position with no fixed monthly salary. It is designed for entrepreneurial sales professionals who want their earning potential tied directly to their results.
Successful representatives can earn commissions on every eligible transaction they generate and close.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and prospect individuals and businesses looking to purchase vehicles from Canada
• Introduce prospective buyers to Car Chaser Export
• Register and onboard qualified buyers onto the platform
• Educate buyers on how our vehicle auction and purchasing process works
• Follow up with prospects through phone, WhatsApp and other approved channels
• Assist customers throughout the sales journey
• Build and maintain your own pipeline of prospective buyers
• Develop relationships with automotive dealers, vehicle traders and other industry contacts
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity in the company’s CRM
• Work toward individual monthly transaction targets
• Represent the Car Chaser Export brand professionally
Compensation
This is a 100% performance-based role.
There is no guaranteed base salary.
Sales Representatives earn commission from eligible Car Chaser revenue generated through successfully completed transactions attributed to them.
Proposed Commission Structure:
Completed sales/month — 20% commission
Commission is calculated on the eligible Car Chaser transaction/success-fee revenue, not on the total value of the vehicle.
Commission becomes payable after the customer transaction has been successfully completed and Car Chaser has received the applicable revenue.
Your earning potential is directly connected to your performance.
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a strong fit if you:
• Have experience in automotive sales, vehicle importation, banking, fintech, insurance, real estate, telecommunications or other target-driven sales environments
• Have an existing network of vehicle buyers, dealers or business owners
• Are comfortable prospecting and generating your own leads
• Have strong negotiation and closing skills
• Communicate professionally by phone, WhatsApp and in person
• Are self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• Understand the Nigerian automotive market
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
Previous automotive sales experience is an advantage but is not mandatory for exceptional sales professionals.
