The Nurture Group specializes in youth athletic development through our signature Track Tots (ages 2-6) and Track Stars (ages 7-12) programs. We believe in creating positive, encouraging environments where young athletes can discover their potential and develop a lifelong love for sport.

The Position
We're seeking an energetic Track Tots Coach to join our expanding team in Studio City. This role focuses specifically on coaching children aged 2-4, creating fun, engaging, and age-appropriate sessions that build fundamental motor skills and a love for movement.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate sessions for 2-4 year olds
Create play-based activities that develop fundamental motor skills — running, jumping, balance, coordination
Maintain accurate attendance and safety records
Provide an encouraging and structured learning environment
Build positive relationships with athletes and parents
Ensure participant engagement and program retention
Adapt coaching methods to support individual developmental stages
Foster a love for physical activity in a fun, safe setting
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience coaching children aged 2-4 in a sports or physical activity setting (essential)
Strong understanding of early childhood motor development
Excellent organizational and communication skills
First Aid and Safety Certification (training provided)
USATF Level 1 Coach Certification (preferred - training available)
Background in track and field not required — experience with this age group is what matters
