The role follows a hybrid work model, based in Polanco, Mexico City, and San Martín Obispo, Estado de México, with 1–2 days per week on-site and the remaining days working remotely, Monday through Friday. Where You’ll Make a Difference
Supervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performance
Oversee SAP logistics processes, including Deliveries, Shipments, Goods Receipt (GR), and Goods Issue (GI)
Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve operational performance
Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Transportation providers, and Supply Chain teams
Investigate operational issues and ensure timely resolution to support business continuity
Generate operational, inventory, and statistical reports to support decision-making
Support logistics and operational cost analysis through reporting and performance monitoring
Manage audit activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures, inventory controls, and company requirements
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and oversee scrap-related processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
What Makes You the Right Fit
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environments
Experience supervising warehouse or distribution activities in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Experience working with SAP in logistics, warehouse, or distribution processes
Experience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and performance analysis
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and inventory data
Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and distribution processes
Intermediate English proficiency, both written and verbal
Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills

Experience supporting food ingredients, food manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial supply chains
Advanced knowledge of SAP logistics transactions and warehouse operations
Proven ability to improve warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency
