Location & Team Environment
This role is based in Jacksonville, FL (on-site). You will lead and support a production team in a collaborative, safety-focused environment while partnering with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and other functions to achieve production goals.
Where You'll Make a Difference
Supervise and coordinate daily production, manufacturing, and packaging activities to meet safety, quality, and production targets.
Lead, coach, and support production employees while promoting accountability, teamwork, and a positive work environment.
Monitor production processes, equipment performance, staffing, and workflow to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure employees follow established SOPs, safety requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
Partner with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other teams to resolve production issues and minimize operational disruptions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and overall manufacturing performance.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical, scientific, business, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or an industrial environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, safety practices, quality standards, and production processes.
Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and use basic computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Previous experience supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience working with automated production or packaging equipment.
Strong knowledge of EHS, quality systems, SOPs, or regulated manufacturing processes.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization initiatives.
