Role Description This is a part-time, remote Financial Analyst role. The Financial Analyst will support budgeting and forecasting processes, assist with financial planning activities, and analyze key performance metrics to inform business decisions. Daily tasks include preparing and reviewing financial reports, interpreting financial statements, and identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. The role involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide clear, data-driven insights, maintaining accurate financial records, and helping improve reporting processes and tools. The analyst will also contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning support.
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, including preparation, analysis, and compliance with standards.
Candidates should possess proficiency in spreadsheet and financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel) and familiarity with financial or ERP systems.
Relevant education such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment are essential.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are beneficial.
Experience in manufacturing or infrastructure-related industries is an advantage but not required.
