Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Day-to-Day Activities
Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
Must-Have Qualifications
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience working within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range:
$47,000.00 - $79,900.00
The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.

Summary
This role coordinates and supports patient engagement and study operations by managing demographic enrollment targets, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring accurate tracking of key study metrics. The position facilitates cross-functional communication, prepares meeting agendas and minutes, tracks action items, and drives follow-up activities across study teams. Responsibilities include maintaining operational dashboards, reporting tools, and resource/vendor performance trackers while ensuring stakeholders have access to current project information. The role also supports recurring team and governance meetings, capturing decisions and documenting outcomes. Additionally, the position plans and executes logistics for workshops, town halls, and other operational events while promoting best practices, process improvements, and training initiatives across teams. Continuous learning of clinical development processes, therapeutic areas, patient populations, and recruitment and retention strategies is essential to support successful patient engagement efforts.
