Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, responsible for delivering a seamless banking experience to over 10 million customers. Within RBS, Everyday Products is focused on building innovative and value creating everyday products for all Australians. It is our role to drive sustainable growth of everyday transaction account products by delivering exceptional experiences for customers.

As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and scaling propositions that solve real customer problems, making banking frictionless, insightful, and empowering. With innovation at the forefront, this is an exciting time to join the team.
Your experience as a senior product professional will be crucial in designing and executing initiatives that deliver against customer and business priorities, leveraging data, research, and agile ways of working.
More specifically, you will:
Develop and execute strategic roadmaps aligned to our product vision and strategy
Validate ideas through customer research, data insights, and rapid experimentation
Execute initiatives that drive regulatory outcomes, process simplification and performance uplifts, partnering with delivery teams and navigating governance frameworks
Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, risk, and operations for smooth delivery and continuous iteration
Influence stakeholders and leadership through data-driven insights
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in product management, ideally in financial services
Ability to lead through influence and guide squads toward customer outcomes
Customer obsession at your core
Strategic mindset with expertise in translating trends, data, and research into product direction
Advanced experience in product discovery, experimentation, and agile methodologies
Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset
Risk awareness and proactive approach to identifying and managing risks
Tertiary qualification in business or a related field
