Senior Frontend Developer – (React)
Open to Philippine-based candidates
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Frontend Developer to join our agile development team. This high-impact position requires pixel-perfect Figma implementation, performance optimization, and enterprise-grade code quality.
You'll transform complex Figma designs into blazing-fast, responsive React applications handling real-time data and complex user journeys. Working in Agile Scrum with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM Philippine time.
Work Setup: Fully remote
Employment Type: Full-Time Independent Contractor
Note: As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits. While this role does not include paid leave, you are free to take time off as needed. Please also note that you will be required to provide your own equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Pixel-Perfect Implementation: Transform Figma designs into high-quality React components
Performance Excellence: Achieve exceptional loading speeds through advanced optimization
Enterprise Applications: Build sophisticated public-facing web applications and admin dashboards
Real-time Features: Develop WebSocket connections and live platform updates
Code Quality: Write maintainable, scalable code with comprehensive testing
Experience
5+ years of professional React.js development in enterprise environments
Agile Scrum experience with collaborative development processes
Mobile-first responsive design expertise across all devices
Financial/Games/Sports industry experience is useful but not required
Technical Skills
Expert React.js: Advanced hooks, context, performance optimization
Figma Mastery: Pixel-perfect design interpretation and implementation
JavaScript/TypeScript: Deep ES6+ and TypeScript mastery
Material-UI (MUI): Advanced theming and design system implementation
Tailwind CSS: Utility-first development and responsive design
State Management: Redux or similar for complex application states
Performance Tools: Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse optimization
CSS Excellence: Expert Flexbox, Grid, animations, responsive patterns
Testing: Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress
Modern Tooling: Webpack, Vite, Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines
Security Awareness: Web security best practices for financial applications
PWA: Development and advanced animations
SEO: Optimization and analytics integration
