PMO (Philippines)

As a PMO professional, you will support governance, reporting, planning, and delivery oversight across Salesforce transformation programmes. You will work closely with project managers, programme leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution and adherence to project management standards.
What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
Governance & Oversight
Maintain project plans, budgets, and resource tracking.
Monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across Salesforce projects.
Support governance forums and steering committee meetings.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and compliance standards.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
Coordinate project documentation and reporting activities.
Facilitate project financial tracking and vendor management activities.
Portfolio & Programme Support
Support portfolio and programme management functions.
Collaborate with project managers and leadership to ensure alignment and delivery success.
We'd Love to Hear From You If...
Experience
You have relevant experience in PMO or project coordination.
You have experience supporting Salesforce implementation or transformation projects (preferred).
You have PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or PMO certifications (preferred).
You have strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
Technical Expertise
You have advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
You have strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
Ways of Working
You collaborate effectively with project managers, programme leadership, and business stakeholders.
You communicate clearly and prepare concise reports and dashboards.
