About The Role

This is a paid contract role involving a small number of in-person professional studio sessions. Your voice will help train AI systems to better understand real human speech — not synthetic, not cloned, just genuinely human.

Session Length: 4 hours per session (2–3 sessions total)
What You'll Do
Record natural, conversational Indian English speech in a professional studio environment
Participate in single-speaker recording sessions and dual-speaker dialogue conversations
Deliver realistic, unscripted-sounding speech across a range of tones and scenarios
Follow light direction from session producers to adjust pacing, tone, and delivery
Bring authenticity — the goal is real, human-sounding conversation, not a polished broadcast read
Who You Are
A professional voice actor or voice-over artist with hands-on recording experience
A native or near-native Indian English speaker — your accent is your asset
Comfortable performing natural dialogue and conversational speech, not just scripted reads
Reliable, professional, and receptive to direction in a studio setting
Currently based in India
Nice to Have
Background in acting, performance, or theatre
Prior experience in broadcast, podcast, or studio recording environments
Comfort with both solo performance and paired/dialogue-based recording formats
