Role Description
The Coach will work directly with clients in one-to-one sessions, guiding them through reflection, decision-making, and planning for their next chapter.
Qualifications
Strong skills in active listening, asking insightful questions, facilitating reflection, and supporting complex decision-making.
Ability to build trust, maintain strict confidentiality, and foster psychologically safe, non-judgmental client relationships.
Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal expression, concise written documentation, and the ability to synthesize complex narratives.
Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and evidence-informed coaching or advisory approaches.
