Automotive parts experience is highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound phone & online sales processing
In-store customer service
Order & receipt incoming stock
Process & pick purchase orders
Showroom merchandising, pricing & maintenance
Exceptional communication skills
A customer service champion
Experience or a passion for auto parts
Well presented
Great phone manner
Ability to influence & negotiate
Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions
Background in European vehicles would be an advantage
