Painting Technician

Responsibility:
- Perform surface coating operations in accordance with process requirements, including primer, topcoat, and other coating applications.
- Operate, maintain, and perform routine servicing of painting equipment to ensure proper functionality.
- Complete painting tasks according to the production schedule while ensuring product quality and production efficiency.
- Inspect coating quality and promptly address defects such as runs, sags, and color variations.
- Strictly comply with safety, environmental, and 5S management requirements.
- Support process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives, and perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, technical secondary school diploma, or above.
- Relevant experience in spray painting or coating operations.
- Familiarity with spray painting processes and spray gun operation, with a good understanding of common coating materials and their properties.
- Strong quality awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible and detail-oriented, with the ability to work on shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
