We are seeking motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team.

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights, drive performance improvement, and support data-driven decision making across the organisation. You will play a key role in designing scalable reporting solutions, defining performance metrics, and ensuring consistent, trusted data outcomes.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with business and domain stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, identify opportunities, and drive performance improvements through data and analytics.
Lead analytical initiatives to generate actionable insights and recommendations that influence business decisions and outcomes.
Design, develop and maintain scalable reporting solutions, dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and other reporting tools.
Build and manage semantic data models, ensuring reporting solutions are scalable, reusable and aligned with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define, standardise and govern KPI frameworks, business metrics and reporting definitions.
Translate complex data into clear business narratives and executive-ready insights for senior leaders.
Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency through appropriate validation, testing and control processes.
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, trends and opportunities to improve operational performance and business outcomes.
Contribute to Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation and stakeholder engagement activities.
Maintain high-quality documentation for reporting solutions, data definitions, business rules and governance standards.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorised representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Power BI: Strong hands-on experience in dashboard development, DAX, Power Query and data modelling.
SQL and analysis: Ability to query, reconcile and investigate complex data across multiple sources.
Reporting ownership: Comfortable managing recurring weekly and monthly reporting, refreshes and production issues.
Data quality: Strong focus on accuracy, validation, controls and consistent KPI definitions.
Executive insights: Able to turn data into clear insights, risks and recommended actions. With mindset for predictive analysis & reporting.
Stakeholder management: Confident working with business, finance, delivery and senior stakeholders.
Modern data platforms: Exposure to Fabric, Databricks, Azure, AWS or related platforms.
Automation: Ability to reduce manual reporting effort through automation and process improvement.
Working style: Hands-on, accountable, detail-oriented and able to work independently
