Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Madurai Area. This role involves partnering with leadership and teams to align HR strategies with organizational goals, supporting recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning. The HR Business Partner manages day-to-day employee relations, provides guidance on HR policies and procedures, and ensures fair and consistent application of labor and employment regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing performance management processes, supporting talent development initiatives, and advising managers on coaching, feedback, and performance improvement. The role also involves collaborating on HR projects, maintaining accurate HR documentation and reports, and promoting a positive, inclusive, and compliant work culture that supports Muthahil Trust’s mission.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) generalist skills, including experience across core HR functions and partnership with business leaders.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies, including developing, interpreting, and implementing policies and procedures aligned with organizational values and local regulations.
Candidates should possess expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and supporting a respectful, inclusive workplace.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Labor and Employment Law, including compliance with applicable legislation, documentation standards, and risk management.
Candidates should possess skills in Performance Management, including goal setting, evaluation processes, feedback frameworks, and development planning.
Additional beneficial qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with HR information systems, and experience in non-profit or social impact organizations.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience, is preferred.
