WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON
What you will focus on
Create polished, technically compliant 3D and VFX content with minimal supervision. Work across modeling, UV mapping, texturing, optimization, and in-engine integration, while creating stylized, performant effects using particles and animated 3D meshes. Contribute to art briefs and visual direction, ensuring assets meet both artistic and technical requirements.
What it means on a daily basis
Create low-poly 3D concepts for characters, environments, and props.
Produce high-quality high-poly assets that align with the art brief, project guidelines, and feedback.
Manage the full 3D production pipeline, including modeling, UV unwrapping, map baking (normal, specular, etc), texturing, rendering, and in-engine implementation.
Create real-time visual effects using a range of techniques, including particle systems, animated 3D elements, stylized propagation effects, shaders, and destruction simulations.
Follow the engine’s VFX and technical pipelines, standards, and constraints.
Optimize VFX assets and systems to improve performance while maintaining visual quality.
