Role Description
The Business Analyst Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support senior team members in analyzing client business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and assisting in the design of technology-enabled solutions. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to testing and validation of proposed solutions, and assist in tracking project progress and outcomes. This role offers exposure to AI, CRM, loyalty, and CX transformation initiatives for global enterprises.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting evidence-based recommendations.
Candidates should possess Business Analysis and Business Requirements skills to document needs, define use cases, and support solution design.
Candidates should possess Communication skills for clear written documentation, presentations, and collaborative work with clients and internal teams.
Should be able to learn the internal Business Processes and understand current status to map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and suggest improvements.
Foundational knowledge of technology, AI, software domains is beneficial.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data visualization or reporting tools is preferred.
Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
