AI/ML Scientist – Generative AI

Role Description
We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Scientist with 6 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP and/or Computer Vision, Generative AI, and MLOps, with a proven ability to develop and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying advanced ML and GenAI solutions, including RAG, Graph RAG, Agentic AI workflows, model tuning, and production ML systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop machine learning and deep learning solutions for real-world business problems.
Develop and deploy Generative AI applications using LLMs, RAG, Graph RAG, and Agentic AI workflows.
Apply statistical, mathematical, and machine learning techniques to solve complex problems.
Work on NLP and/or Computer Vision use cases using modern deep learning and Transformer architectures.
Build, train, evaluate, fine-tune, and optimize ML/AI models.
Develop scalable ML pipelines and deploy models into production environments.
Implement MLOps practices for model training, deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
Work with cloud platforms and ensure appropriate cloud security and data security practices.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to convert business requirements into AI solutions.
Measure model performance and demonstrate measurable business impact.
Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and modern ML techniques.
Qualifications
4–6 years of professional experience in AI/ML, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a closely related field.
Strong programming skills in Python.
Strong understanding of Statistics, Probability, Linear Algebra, and Calculus.
Strong knowledge of classical Machine Learning algorithms, including:
