Role Description The Management Information Systems Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Amroha. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and improving MIS frameworks to support program monitoring and organizational reporting. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and validating data from field teams, preparing regular MIS reports and dashboards, and ensuring information systems are accurate, secure, and up to date. The role involves analyzing data to generate insights for management, supporting decision-making with timely reports, and coordinating with program staff to address data and reporting needs. The MIS Executive will also contribute to process improvements, documentation standards, and training team members on MIS tools and reporting requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including setup, maintenance, and optimization of MIS tools and databases.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Candidates should possess experience in MIS Reporting, including preparing periodic reports, dashboards, and summaries for management and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, explain data findings clearly, and support training on MIS processes.
Working knowledge of spreadsheet software, database management tools, and basic data visualization platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Management, or a related field; relevant certifications in MIS or data analysis are an advantage.
Ability to work systematically, maintain high data accuracy, and manage multiple reporting deadlines.
Prior experience in the development or social sector, particularly in monitoring and evaluation or data management, is beneficial.
