Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

What We’re Looking For :
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes
- Ability to source and screen candidates
- Comfortable working with recruitment targets
- Proactive, confident, and self-motivated
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR/recruitment field
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply
Key Responsibilities :
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to client requirements
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and interviews
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client companies
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment data
- Achieve assigned recruitment targets within the given timelines
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
